Promotional Balloons Lighten Up Land Rover's Marketing Campaign #CleverPromoGifts

Car selling behemoth Land Rover wanted to spread the news of a new dealership opening in Liverpool, so decided to use direct mailers with a twist. The goal was to use the direct mailers to make a positive impression on customers before a follow-up sales call, so they needed to be creative and attention-grabbing. Land Rover Balloon BoxTo create a visual impact for the customer they delivered large boxes printed with the instruction "Release Me" that, when opened, let out a helium filled, heart-shaped balloon. As the promotional balloon floated out of the box, it pulled up the mailer which contained the company's marketing information. Land Rover Balloon Land Rover Direct Mailer

This simple but original idea made it easier for the company's sales staff to contact customers in the future, as the initial good impression had already been made by the balloon. Un-inflated balloons can also make very successful corporate gifts, as this campaign by The Economist proved. You too can utilise balloons for your marketing in either of these innovative ways, or using your own tactics. Just take a look at our promotional balloons, which come in a range of bright colours to suit any brand.
