Embroidery

With Embroidery, the logo is stitched onto the material using threads in designated embroidery friendly areas creating your design. The artwork that is to be embroidered on an item needs to be specially prepared using a secialist software. This process is called digitisation and it enables the sewing machine to recreate the logo on the promotional tem. Embroidery is an elegant and stylish way to portray a wide range of logo types.

Each embroidery consists of a number of stitches (usually 5000-7000), depending on its size. Quotations are created based on the number of stitches and in order to prepare it we need to see your artwork and know the size of embroidery you require.

Debossing

The process of Debossing is offered on most of our leather and PU items but can also be done on other items (e.g. made of silicone). A die is created of your logo and then pressed into the material creating an 'impression' of the logo. Debossing provides a subtle, yet higher perceived value on many products.

Sometimes the term "Embossing" is used in a more general meaning for both embossing and debossing.

Spot Colour Printing

We can print this item using individual block colours - usually using screen or pad printing. Each colour will be printed separately - which is why your price may be quoted based on the numbers of colours in your logo. Please note gradients, shadows and photos cannot be printed using these techniques.

Full Colour Printing

Your logo and artwork can be reproduced exactly as is, with gradients, shadows and even photos. The techniques used to achieve it range from digital through transfer to lithographic printing.

3D Embroidery

3D embroidery, also called puff embroidery, is a technique in which a design is stitched onto fabric using threads in specific areas. A foam or padding material is placed beneath the design to create a raised effect. To achieve 3D embroidery, the padding material is placed under the fabric using temporary adhesive. The design is then embroidered over the padding material, covering it and creating a raised or textured effect. Before embroidering a logo or artwork, it needs to be prepared using specialised software called digitisation. This allows the sewing machine to recreate the design on the desired item. Embroidery is a stylish and elegant way to showcase various types of logos. The number of stitches in each embroidery typically ranges from 5000 to 7000, depending on the size. Quotations are based on the stitch count, so we need to review your artwork and determine the size of the embroidery you require in order to provide an accurate estimate.
