When you place an order with us, we will always send you a visual of your finished item to approve before production. We can amend this visual as needed until you are completely happy with the item. To give you a complete piece of mind, if your delivered items are not as you approved them, contact us within 7 business days of receiving the goods and we will reprint them or refund the order.

We can also help create part or all of your artwork. We don't charge for including simple shapes like straight lines, rectangles or circles. Including text is also free, as long as you specify a font that we have or provide us with your own font. Creating or redrawing your logo to make it print-friendly is charged at affordable rates.
